Description:
Whether you know it or not, you already possess everything you could ever want inside of you. In this 16-minute meditation, you will be guided to imagine receiving your chosen desire from its true origins: from within you.

 

You will also have the opportunity to focus FROM already having your desire during a non-guided free flow. You can use any preferred focusing/imagining method during the free time; scripting, inner conversation, visualization, affirmations, etc.

 

  • Focus: By deliberately focusing on already having your desired result in a relaxed state, you can select and call it forth to be experienced in your physical reality.
  • Subconscious Conditioning: Since the subconscious mind speaks in symbols and images, the guided portion of the meditation is designed to strengthen and reinforce the master belief "everything you want exists inside of you."

 

This meditation can be used over and over again for different manifestations and subjects (money, relationships, career, etc.). It can also be used with different focusing methods.

 


Product Details:
You will receive two audio files of the same meditation. The two versions are identical in length, wording and have the same music playing during the guided verbal parts. The difference is during the free time, one has music and the other has silence. Feel free to try both to see which one you like best. 

 

Audio Track 1: The version labeled (Silence) is for those who prefer to visualize/focus in silence during the free nonverbal time. Music is playing during the rest of the track.

Audio Track 2: This version has soft music playing for the entire track, including the free nonverbal time. This is for those who prefer to visualize/focus while listening to music.

Intended Use:
This meditation is intended to be used when you will not be disturbed and want to focus on your wish fulfilled in a relaxed state.

 

Optional Focusing Methods for Non-Guided Segment

Scripting: Open your eyes and write as though you already have it.

 

Inner Conversations: Have an inner conversation with someone that implies you got what you wanted.

 

Visualization: Visualize that you already have what you want. You can also loop a specific end scene or do any style of imagining that you prefer.

 

Affirmations: Think your affirmations in your head, speak them aloud or write them out.

 

Feeling Work: Tap into the feelings you'd have if it were already yours. Feel gratitude as though you already have it.

 

Other: Please use any focusing method that resonates with you.

 

 

As a lifelong meditator, I created this meditation because it is the one that I always wanted to have for my own manifesting practice. I hope you enjoy it as much as I have.
